Contact form submissions

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and message, solely to respond to your enquiry. You must give explicit consent before submitting. We do not sell or share your details, or use them for marketing without separate consent.

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, an email delivery service that acts as our operator under POPIA. It processes what you submit only to pass it on to us, and may hold a copy briefly for delivery and spam protection.

Will application form

The will application form asks for more detailed personal information, such as identity numbers, addresses and the particulars of your family members, heirs, guardians and trustees. We collect this solely to prepare your will and to advise you on your estate, and we treat it with the confidentiality that attaches to attorney and client dealings. It is not used for marketing and is only shared where the law requires it or you authorise it. You must give explicit consent before submitting the form.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email instructions@wieseattorneys.co.za.
